New to the vacation rental market at Windwood Seas is this lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, one story old-spanish style/art cottage located just steps away from the beautiful Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk. You can see the ocean from the living room and enjoy the constant refreshing ocean breeze.
There is a pull out sofa (2 twins) in the living room so that the cottage can easily accommodate 6 people. There is an assigned private parking to accommodate 2 cars plus loads of guest parking across the street. In the back, visitors may enjoy BBQ facilities in a courtyard garden adjacent to the heated swimming pool.

Rental Policies
$250 non-refundable Deposit upon reservation. Total rental due 90 days prior to arrival. Call for mid-week discounts and holiday rates.
$75 Maid clean-up charge. NO EXCEPTIONS!
