No pricey hotel prices for dirty old rooms, no walking through lobbies and up stairs or elevators, no having to always eat out or order expensive room service.

This beach cottage is stocked with everything you need to feel at home while escaping your everyday routines. Perfectly cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival.

We are located steps from the Hollywood Broadwalk which is filled with shops, cafes, restaurants and features concerts and special events. Our pristine location is right where the residential area ends and the commercial area begins. Close to the action, but very peaceful. Make this beach cottage yours during your vacation!

Rental Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice. Weekly: $260 deposit upon reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Monthly: $560 deposit upon reservation. 50% of balance due 60 days prior to arrival, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are only refundable if cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to arrival. Please note there is a one time $60 cleaning fee and a $250 REFUNDABLE security deposit on all rentals due 30 days prior to arrival. NO MONEY ORDERS ACCEPTED.
